Please be sure to RESEARCH your breeder- ask about affiliations with local and parent breed clubs, references from prior placements and other breeders, and status with registries. BEWARE- a 'breeder' in the central valley has begun advertising puppies for sale again.   For more information on this individual see my Blacklist page, google her names she uses or read the Topix message boards for reports of fraud. Caveat Emptor.

Occasionally we hear about other puppies available from other Breeders- drop us a line and ask! We are more than happy to help. The health and temperament of your next best friend should superceed all other concerns- please don't be misled by flash and glitter (so they've got a lot of champions- how did they achieve it? not all wins are created the same!)- learn what to look for, what to avoid, what questions to ask and how to be sure you are not being subjected to a lot of smoke and mirrors.  We're in this for the welfare of the BREED and are ready, willing, and able to help you make an informed decision.  Since it probably wont be one of ours (I told you, we don't breed often here!) you've got nothing to lose and everything to gain.

* Available from one of our show kennel friends- adult bitch, retired from the ring and looking for a best friend to spend her days with. breeders would prefer she find a home with no cats and no other dogs. kids ok- she loves people, long walks, river swims and playing ball.  write to us for contact information and details on this well behaved and very sweet little lady! application and contract required, bitch will be spayed prior to placement

* Available from one of our show kennel friends- two adult males, retired and ready to be someone's truck riding pal or running partner. sweet, sound and fully prepared to live a life of leisure.  the boys will not be placed together, and breeder prefers no cats, possible ok placement to homes with a non dog aggressive girl in residence.write to us for contact information and details- application and contract required, boys will be neutered prior to placement.
