Hi i am a victim of karan tripp!!!

I bought a akita from her and signed a contract saying i would get the dog fixed in 60 days.or pay $2000 on top of the $750
well in the mean time she talked to my wife and then proceeded to stir up BS between my wife and I.
anyways i sent her the spay/nuder certificate to her and of coarse that's not good enough she wants pic's
so of coarse the pics aren't good enough ether!!!and started yelling at me calling me and my vet are f'n liars!!!

I just hung up on her and called the cops

i guess my question is ..........is she going to take me to court for breach of contract?
or do you think its all a bunch of BS because she doesn't have the papers to begin with?

any info or help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Danielle- Attached is a sample of the email she sent. Her voice mails were so vile that I actually thought she was unstable or on medication. If you notice the last sentence, she said she was adding it to the danielle file. I didnt even know what that meant...until now. She is still advertised in the sf chronicle and I have blocked her email address. If I see her on my property, I will rupture more than her discs in her back. Which was a lie, since she was rolling around on my living room floor with the puppy..

She told me she was publishing my name and address with all breeders so that I would never get a puppy. She has really soured me on looking for a dog right now. I hope that when I resume my search that my name isnt on some sort of breeders blacklist. To be honest, I will probably just go to the animal shelter and find a dog.

I just happened to see her ad on in the Chronicle and called to inquire.. I never knew that looking at a puppy meant that I had to purchase it. To be honest, it may not have been her puppy. She mentioned a man from Taiwan that owned the parents. But she sold him the dogs, so she had rights to them too. If you notice from the email, she thought she would co own the dog with me... That would NEVER happen, nor was it discussed. I just wanted a dog for a pet...not to breed nor show.

I'm sorry that I ever crossed paths with this psycho...and I'm sorry that she has caused you (and others) so much grief. If there is truly justice in this world, maybe she will end up in jail or mental facility.

I wanted to say one last thing, you know I have ruptured discs in my neck, and that I sold the other pinto male so the only reason I came to your home is so that I could see a fenced back yard, how you lived, and if I liked how you interacted with my puppy. I would have waited until Jan 16th but you said quote"I will know as soon as I see him" I think it was very rude of you to tell me that you will know when you see him, and then you have not even bothered to read the contract? I keep my word with people and I expect them to keep theres with me. That is why I decided when I left your home we could never be in a co ownership for breeding rights as you did not keep your word on yes I want him or no I do not, either way would have been fine. That was not nice.

A lesson learned for me. I will keep your name and address on file and add it to my dannielle files. Please do not contact me again.

Danielle- I wish that I could've found your blog regarding this crazy woman. I feel that someone was watching over me to make sure that she didnt scam me.

Last week I answered an ad in the SF Chronicle regarding a beautiful Akita puppy. Karen wouldnt tell me her full name, so I could never check any references. I was supposed to meet her at her vets office because she didnt want her dog to get any germs... She then called me and wanted to come to my house to show him. He was very cute, but she made me very uncomfortable... I told her that I would call her when I made a decision, as 1200.00 is a large amount of money. I only found out her name when she left her 3 page contract outlining that she gets the dog back if she feels like it.

She then starting calling me and leaving very inappropriate messages and sent nasty emails attacking me and my character. At first, my feelings were hurt, as I treated her with the utmost respect. I see now that she was angry that I didnt give her a deposit.

With so many complaints, I wish they would just put her in the psychiatric hospital where she really belongs. I will keep the emails and phone messages to report to law enforcement.

Thanks for letting me vent! Before she left, she took two of my little area rugs. She was sitting on one and took one on her way out the door with the dog blankets...I feel blessed that I only lost 2 IKEA rugs.

Oh my gosh!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so thankful I found you!!! I've just read all of your posts regarding Karen Tripp!

We gave her a $500 deposit on REDACTED for a litter that was supposed to be born REDACTED. She called crying hysterically (sometime in REDACTED or so) saying that all the puppies and the mother died of bloat. She would not give us our deposit back and said sometime in REDACTED she would breed her new Akita from Canada and we could have a puppy from this litter. We are supposed to be getting "pick" of her females in her recent Akita litter . Today she called and left a message on our phone that 10 of the 12 puppies have died and all she has is 2 males left.

The reason I found you is because over the past week she has asked my husband and me about 5 times if we'd been talking to a "Danielle". So, tonight I decided to search the internet and when I found your name I knew I'd hit the jackpot. Thank you for taking the time to post this warning for others like myself who can possibly get some help. Please help us, what can we do to get our money back???

We are not going to call her back for now. She is very aggressive towards us and I have felt she is lying with every statement she makes. Although we said we didn't know who you were several times, she asked us to email her and put it in writing if we'd been in contact with you or not.

She has an Akita listed for sale, contact is Karen, and claims the puppy is AKC registered or registerable. I thought she was suspended like forever!!! Anyway, if you want to check, I found the listing on about page 5 or 6 of Akita puppies for sale on Puppyfind, listed under “Sale Pending.” She also has a Bulldog listed for stud. Thought you might like to know.

Hi there,
     So I'm going through a situation right now and I still don't know
how to feel about it. My fiance found Karen through a friend of his and
we have given her; as of this moment, $1100. The reason for my concern
is we gave her a deposit in DATE REDACTED and it is now DATE REDACTED and we have yet
to recieve a puppy and have gotten a lot of stories about why it's
taking so long.

Starting from the begining, My fiance met her, but she did not want
to meet at her residence because of people breaking in and stealing dogs
from her. So he met her at a gas station and she brought one puppy
from a previous litter for him to look at. He said it was an excellent
bulldog and gave her the deposit. She seemed Legitimate except for the
whole gas station meeting but we are trusting people so I believed her
about the puppy theft.

Come DATE REDACTED and no puppy or even a dog in heat, we contacted her.
She said she can't control her dogs going into heat and that she had a
deal with another breeder to use her female dog and Karen would use her
stud. She claimed that when the other breeders dog was pregnant she
dissappeared with the girl dog and Karen cannot find her anywhere.

So after that I got pretty upset so she offered us one of her
father's dogs. But we would have to pay $2200 for that dog plus the $1100 she
already had because she didn't have our deposit to put towards her
father's dog. So we decided that was a bad idea and opted to just wait for
XXXXX's litter.

Well it's now DATE REDACTED and yesterday I recieved an email saying
REDACTED was starting to swell and we should have a puppy this month.... do
I believe her?
I am so very concerned because we are not rich people it took us a
long time to decide to get another bully after our last passed away and I
am scared of A: not getting a dog ever and being out a grand or B:
getting a dog and it turning out to be a pitbull or some shit dog with
millions of health issues and being out two grand. Please without malice
or vengence let me know if my concerns are justified or if people are
just mad at her and trying to punish her.

My fiance thinks she is completely trustworthy and would be so angry
if he knew I was investigating her, but I've learned people are
dishonest and you can't really trust anyone.

I came across your website doing a search on Karen Tripp's name. My boyfriend and I purchased a supposedly purebred English bulldog from her in DATE REDACTED from XXXX and XXXX's litter. To make a long story short, and since I know that this won't come as a surprise to you, it turned out that our dog was a pitbull mix of some sort. We filed a police report with Stanislaus County but it would really help the case if I could get in contact with those who she has duped from the same litter. Has anyone from her DATE REDACTED litter ever come forward with their stories? I read on your site that misrepresentation to fraudaulently sell a dog over $400 is considered grand theft in California. We paid $1,800 for him, not to mention the vet visits (our dog never even came with shots or a worming since we got him at 4 weeks). This woman needs to be put away. I can't believe her website is still up and she is taking deposits for two new litters yet again! I wrote a letter to the AKC and the Better Business Bureau but I would like to know if there's more that we can do. I know that our chances of recovering the money are slim, but if we could only warn others who might be going through this or have gone through this, it would have been worth the trouble. Is there any other information you can give me regarding Karen and The Bulldog Place that could possibly help our case?

I just went to the Escalon Police Dept, Dec 30Th 2008 between 4:30 & 5pm we talked with Sgt Atkinson (I had a witness of course), and he told myself and my witness that there are NO complaints, not one against meme. You have lied again. you state on your topix blog that I have 18 complaints filed at Escalon Police dept. He said he got three calls, but found nothing for him to investigate. (Anyone interested is welcome to contact them, or see the messages above that ppl have indeed filed these complaints)

I think we should meet and talk, and show me what I have done besides the obvious AKC suspension, and one of my bulldogs that did not get pregnant when bred twice to two different males. I will gladly show you all my e-mails offering people who had deposits on Mona breeding that I have offered them puppies from 3 different litters, they declined. I am sorry but deposits are non refundable, you know that. I had other litters for them to choose from, not my fault they declined. I have proof of all that.

You are affecting my puppy sales, my mental state of mind, and my well-being. My clients are also very affected by your half truths, and lies. I do understand I have made mistakes Danielle, but your giving me a life sentence. You continued negative posts on puppyfind.com are insane you have never bought a dog from me. You hold on to things done 16 years ago which are not your business, and the AKC thing, Danny Santina never showed her dogs for me or dogs I bred, she showed her dogs because she loved it and she is great at it. Santina has shown dogs from the age of 11 yrs old, she had done nothing wrong. You have ruined her life in dogs. You have made it impossible for Santina to buy an Akita all over the world. YOU have no right or reason to do that. (Santina, to the best of my knowledge, is no longer involved in dogs. We hope she continues to refrain from involvement in her mother's acticities)

You have made it impossible for me to buy an Akita across the world also, and I don't deserve that either.

You know I love our breed. You know I was always kind to you until the issue with my minor child Santina, I don't know what happened outside that day I was not there but when my child comes crying to me and told me what you said to her, I was very upset, she was a child, and you should address me if there was an issue, I had the problems in AKC not her.

The worst thing I have endured in my life is Santina has been affected by your actions greatly. You had the nerve to call her and tell her she should not be living with me because I am a suspended person? she was a minor, and its not your business. How could you she was crying during that call. Your so unkind to a child. (another Karen fabrication- I don't call her, and have warned her repeatedly to stop contacting me. she changes numbers and email addresses frequently and continues to contact me)

Danielle, I am a sinner just like the rest of the world, and I have made mistakes and paid for them greatly. I am taught by my faith Greek Orthodoxy, and God in heaven to love all people ,my friends, and my enemy's. I have been silent and taken this for 6 years now. I am asking you Danielle please take down the nasty page on your site under black list, and stop posting nasty half truths about me. I do plan to take you back to court as soon as I have the 5,000.00 retainer I need to take you. I have Vengeance at stud for no other reason and every penny I get from him will be used solely to stop you from the continued slander, harassment, and insane continued stalking, and contact with my clients. (Karen has attempted to get a restrainig order- twice. denied twice. these are public records available on the court records websites maintained by Stanislaus and San Joaquin counties in CA. mine agaisnt her, for physically striking me at a show, was granted for 3 years, Alameda County CA, available on their public documents site. she has never sued me for defamation, though often threatens to, and in all these thousands of dollars in puppy sales, has never followed through with the above claim)

If I was who you think I am or the person I us to be you would have had me in your face way before now, and you would not be walking. I am no longer that person, and I have shown great strength and refrain from responding to you in any manner. I thank God for that strength.
